Who we are

Nguyễn Hiếu AI is a bootstrapped software studio founded and operated by Nguyễn Hiếu (sole proprietor, Vietnam). Our product brand is GOHA. We started by building internal tools to produce AI video content at scale, then turned the ones that proved reliable into products for Vietnamese creators and small marketing teams.

What we build

• GOHA Flow Studio — a commercial desktop app (Windows/macOS + Chrome extension) for batch AI video and image production. Users bring their own AI service accounts; we do not resell accounts or quota. Exposes a REST API and an MCP server so agents can drive production.
• GOHA AVS (Agent-Native Video Studio) — a localhost studio where a human editor and an AI agent edit the same long-form timeline through a closed vocabulary of named, reversible operations with an op-log. Claude Code is the primary MCP client: it calls diff_since(rev) to see exactly what the human changed, then continues.
• AUTO CAPCUT — compiles a structured timeline IR into a real, editable CapCut project, with verified round-trip sync (fail-closed) and an MCP server.
• GOHA Suno Helper(open source, MIT) — lets AI agents such as Claude Code operate Suno inside the user's own Chrome via an MCP bridge, with mandatory confirmation for every credit-spending action.
• GOHA YT Engage (internal) — a Chrome extension that drafts context-aware replies using the Claude API; a human always reviews and posts.
• Content OS(internal R&D) — a local-first research pipeline with Claude Code as the orchestration brain.
• Licensing & store platform — Ed25519-signed, machine-bound licenses (FastAPI) and this Next.js/Supabase storefront with 2FA-protected admin.

How we use Claude

• Engineering: Claude Code is our main engineering partner across all products, working through written plans, tests, and independent review agents.
• Agent-native products: our tools expose MCP servers so Claude can operate them through explicit contracts rather than free-form file access.
• In-product AI: the Claude API powers drafting in our internal assistant (GOHA YT Engage), with guardrails and mandatory human review.

Principles

• Human checkpoints on every irreversible action (publishing, posting, deleting).
• Local-first processing; user API keys stay on the user's machine.
• Security by default: signed licenses, separated signing keys, 2FA admin, verified webhooks.
• No inflated claims — product pages describe what the software actually does.
